Coronavirus Information
From 16TH March due to coronavirus guidelines do not visit The Horndon Surgery unless asked to by a doctor or nurse.
All requests for GP appointments will be telephone appointments only until further notice.
Prescriptions can be ordered online (see the bottom of this page), by email to gp.f81198@nhs.net or posted through our letterbox in the front door on The High Road. Please allow 4-5 days for dispensing. For collections please ring the doorbell and we will bring the medication/prescription to you.
Please be patient (and keep at least 2 metres apart from other waiting patients) as staff maybe on the phone and unable to answer the door straightaway. Thank you for your consideration at this difficult time.

Inclusion Thurrock continues to provide support for people using a range of talking therapies. These IAPT services are being provided over the telephone, through video consultation and other digital platforms.
