How To Give Geedback, Pay a Compliment or Complain
We welcome feedback from patients about our service. It is encouraging to receive compliments but also important that we learn from your experience to make improvements. Please put your comments in the box in the surgery, or write to/email the practice manager Mrs Rashmi Tati at practicemanager.f81198@nhs.net  Please note that this is not to book appointments or order prescriptions.

If you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know. Your GP, our practice manager or our reception staff will be happy to help. In most cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily. A patient Liason service exists (PALS) which can often help resolve any problems before they become formal complaints. To speak to a PALS officer please ring 0800 587915.
