Time to Learn
Please note the surgery will close at 1pm on the second Tuesday of each month for staff training. If you need medical assistance during this time please ring 999 for life threatening emergencies and for all other emergencies and advice please call NHS 111.
 
Staff meetings
The first Thursday of each month we have a full staff meeting and therefore the door will not be open in the afternoon until 3pm instead of 2pm.

We welcome feedback from patients about our service. It is encouraging to receive compliments but also important that we learn from your experience to make improvements. Please put your comments in the box in the surgery, or write to/email the practice manager Mrs Annette Martinez at amartinez@nhs.net
 
If you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know. Your GP, our practice manager or our reception staff will be happy to help. In most cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily. A patient Liason service exists (PALS) which can often help resolve any problems before they become formal complaints. To speak to a PALS officer please ring 0800 587915.
